just wanted you to know how much I appreciated the efforts of one of
your service technicians, Greg Anderson, regarding some recent air
conditioning problems I had at my home in Chanhassen. Not only was Greg
courteous and thorough when he worked on my air conditioner, but he was
very helpful the night before in providing suggestions on how I could
get throught the night before the service call the next day. I really
